Refund Policy

General

The handmade items, the felt, yarn and wood etc. will be very similar to the pictures viewed but cannot be identical due to them being handmade. The style may differ slightly as well as the colour. 

Returns and Refunds:

We are always striving to ensure you are satisfied with both your goods and experience with us. Should you be unsatisfied with your purchase we will try to resolve the issue as quickly as possible by either refunding you or replacing the goods. In this case the terms are as follows:

Unwanted Goods / Exchanges:

The goods purchased from Dandelion Dreamz may be returned to us within 7 (seven) days, from date of delivery. Provided the goods are:

  • Returned in their original condition; meaning, the goods are unworn, unused and undamaged with no missing parts. All original tags to remain.

In order to proceed with a refund, or credit to your account you must contact us via email [email protected];

  • Provide your order number, your contact details and the details on the item you wish to return.
  • Couriered to our provided warehouse address, using a courier of choice, at your own cost, at your own risk.

Refunds: (if approved)

Once the item has been received we will review and advise if the refund is approved or rejected. Should your product be approved we will either refund the money or send a new item. Should you wish for us to send a new item in exchange the courier will be for your account. 

Sale Item:

Sale items are not refunded.

Defective Goods;

In the event that you receive a defective good, we firstly apologies- mistakes do happen! We will refund or replace the goods for you, provided you send the item back to us with proof of such. 

In order to proceed with a refund, or credit to your account you must contact us via email [email protected];

  • Provide your order number, your contact details and the details on the item you wish to return.
  • We will cover the courier costs.

Goods damaged on delivery:

You must contact us immediately via email [email protected] to make us aware of the issue at hand.

  • We will cover the courier costs and replace the item for you.
