What are items that are on Pre-order?
Pre-order items are items that are currently in the process of being available online. These items are not yet in stock and therefore not available to ship out immediately.
What if I would like to order the item/s?
Please allow 20-25 working days for your pre-ordered items to be delivered to you. However dates are not 100% guaranteed and delays may occur due to international imports. Dandelion Dreamz unfortunately cannot be held liable for any unforeseen delays that may occur.
So please take extra care when placing your order, as we do not issue refunds for unexpected delays, change of mind/sizing or cancellations. We will update you as soon as the order has arrived and ready for shipment.
